Duties of the Trustee

ARTICLE C, SEC. 8. The board of trustees shall have charge of all property belonging to the L.L.; shall see that all of the books are properly kept, and at the time of the semiannual audit shall assist the auditing committee in the examination of all books and accounts and verify the report of the auditing committee by attaching their signatures thereto. Should the work of auditing the books of the L.L. be delayed on account of the failure of 1 or more of the trustees to be in attendance, the auditors shall proceed to carry on the work in the same manner as though all of the trustees were present. The trustees shall be liable to the G.L. for all funds and other property of the L.L. under their control.
